Has Anyone Used an Agency?
I have been looking for help with a technical document because I want it to be clear and well organized. During my search, I came across a technical writing agency. I have never worked with an agency before, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has. Was communication simple? Did they understand what you needed? I would really like honest opinions from people with real experience. What was the process like, and were you happy with the final work?
